If you don’t like spoilers, please stop reading this post! After Polish pick posted on their Instagramabout a new OPI nail polish line from OPI (over here to be precise), I was excited. I decided to look whether I was able to find out a bit more about this new range! Luckily my search did not disappoint!
The new line is going to be called “Nature strong”, and was registered as a trademark by OPI last year. You can recognize this new line by the white cap and it says “nature strong” on the bottle. OPI says it is their first nail polish from natural origin and provides 7 days of wear. The cap and bottle are made of 20 % recycled material. Furthermore, I was able to uncover that this line is probably going to consist of 30 new colors and a new topcoat (and no basecoat is required!).
The new shades are going to be called:
Polish Pick announced that these shades are coming “in July”. I am very excited and very curious! It might take a while before these shades are available everywhere though. Of course, I cannot say a bad thing about companies making a more conscious line with more natural ingredients, but I also would say it is sort of hype at the moment. Of course, I am also curious about the new colors, and especially the shimmers, there are definitely a few that I would love to see in person.
Update: About half of this collection is now listed on Beyond Polish over here (affiliate link), however, they are currently out of stock. On Amazon they are available for pre-order over here (affiliate link), they will ship on the 1st of August. If you’re not able to view them yet, be sure to enable “coming soon” in the filters. So far, I only ordered “Achieve grapeness”, however, since I’m located in the Netherlands, it will take a while before it reaches me!
